This policy describes how we process personal data when you visit rfhub.se or use our product RF-HUB. We care about your privacy and only collect what we need to run the site and deliver the service.

What data do we collect?

Technical logs. When you visit rfhub.se our server logs technical data such as IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser type. This is used for troubleshooting and security and is automatically deleted after a short period.
Contact via email. If you write to us at info@styrahem.se we store your email address and message for as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
RF-HUB accounts via Qtrl.me. If you choose to connect your RF-HUB to the cloud service Qtrl.me, an account is created there. That processing is covered by Qtrl.me's own privacy policy.

Cookies

The site uses only technically necessary cookies, for example to keep you logged in to the administration interface. We do not use any third-party tracking cookies for marketing.

How long do we keep the data?

Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 90 days. Email conversations are kept as long as they are relevant to the current matter, or as long as accounting or other legislation requires.

Do we share data with anyone?

We never sell your data. We only share data when required by law or authority, or with suppliers who help us run the service (e.g. server and email hosting) - always under a data processing agreement.
