Version 5.0.0
Control Somfy blinds & awnings
- Somfy RTS blinds and awnings — open, close and stop your Somfy motors, and hold the button to run a motor to any position. Pair them straight from the hub.
A more reliable hub
- Rock-solid connection during heavy use — the hub now stays connected to Home Assistant and your smart-home services even when you're sending lots of commands at once. No more dropouts while controlling many devices.
Try new features early
- Test versions — turn on "Receive test versions" under Firmware to try upcoming features before they're officially released. You can always switch back to the latest stable release.
Easier to use
- See the firmware version at a glance, with a friendly reminder when an update is available.
- Hold to move — press and hold Up or Down on a blind to run the motor; release to stop.
- Status light — the hub's LED now tells you what it's doing at a glance: green means running (with a brief wink every few seconds so you know it's alive), white while starting up, blue in setup mode, yellow while connecting to Wi‑Fi, and a red blink if something's wrong. You can set its brightness under Settings.
- Clearer setup when adding channels, and a fix so blinds show the right control type.
