14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase - no questions asked. This applies to all private customers within the EU, EEA, and the UK.
How to return
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@tarra.se with your order number and a note that you wish to return.
- We confirm your return and provide a return address.
- Ship the product back within 14 days of your notification. Please use the original packaging if possible.
- Once we receive the item, we issue a full refund within 14 days - including the original shipping cost.

Condition of returned products
You may open and test the product - that's your right. However, the product must be in substantially original condition. If the product is damaged beyond normal inspection, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
Defective products
If your RF-HUB is defective or damaged on arrival, contact us at info@tarra.se immediately. We will replace the unit or issue a full refund including all shipping costs. You have a 3-year warranty under Swedish consumer law (konsumentköplagen).
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used at checkout (card, Klarna, etc.) via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Orders from outside the EU
Customers in Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and the UK have the same 14-day return right. Note that any import duties or VAT paid upon delivery in your country are not refundable by us - contact your local customs authority for duty refund procedures.
